255 2nd Avenue North is a two-storey 40,000 sq. ft building in the heart of downtown Saskatoon. The owner [Mitchell Developments] is upgrading the exterior of their building in parallel with interior renovations for a new anchor tenant on the ground floor. KSA Group and Mitchell Developments have been working with the City of Saskatoon’s Façade Grant program. The project is a great example of adaptive reuse and urban renewal.
