INLAND STEEL CORPORATE SASKATOON HEADQUARTERS

Inland Steel Products [ISP] hired KSA and Hipperson Construction to design and construct their new 65,000 square foot facility in Saskatoon in 2021/2022. The building is a steel recycling warehouse that also contains their corporate offices for Western Canada. The pre-engineered building supplier is Behlen. The project involved a new railway spur line for rail access as well as drive through vehicle bays for private vehicles to drop off recycling. There are two weigh scale stations for semi-trailers to weigh in before they deliver larger quantities of metal for recycling to the 4 recessed loading ramps.

The corporate office includes 16 offices, 40 workstations and a cafeteria with seating for 40 and a full commercial kitchen.
