KSA Group was hired by the Northern Village of Pinehouse to design a net-zero-ready office complex. The new facility will replace the existing town hall that was built over 25 years ago. The facility proposed Town Complex will contain the village offices and council chamber, a large community space for people to gather, and different types of office spaces. These include dedicated zones of offices for local organizations including the Metis local, economic development, and the housing authority, but also provide spaces for short-term office use that will facilitate collaboration with government and industry groups working in and with the community.
