MLT Aikins Saskatoon law offices are located on the 11th and 12th floors of the east tower at 409 3rd Avenue South in the River Landing development in Saskatoon.

MLT Akins is “Western Canada’s law firm” with 240 lawyers based out of 6 offices in Winnipeg, Regina, Saskatoon, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver. The interior colour palette of grey, black and white is combined with a wood finish for the furniture and doors. The 12th floor contains the client areas: reception, waiting area and boardrooms. This floor was designed to showcase the views along the river valley as it winds through downtown Saskatoon. The 12th floor was also designed with a long servery counter and double doors to each boardroom – so the entire space can be used for client events.
