Kent Sutherland worked for Concord Pacific Developments Corp. in 1995 – 1996 as a Development Manager and oversaw the design and re-zoning of “Site 2G” at 1300 Marinaside Crescent on False Creek.

The project was completed in 2003 as “The Concord” at 1328 Marinaside. The 21 storey project contains 86 luxury condos. The re-zoning included the extension of Drake Street and Marinaside Crescent, and the landscape design of the entire site, adjacent streets and the coordination of the site design with the seawall.
